Poor scheduling service by Appliance Pros I bought a whirlpool dishwasher here in Canada, and it failed within the first 2 months of operation. I called Whirlpool for warranty service, and they scheduled an appointment with theappliancepros.ca and they sent a code to my phone and scheduled an appointment for Easter Sunday 8 am - 4 pm. Easter Sunday came and went and no one showed up. I called them on the Tuesday and they explained that the scheduled appointment was just a placeholder. They couldn't give me any information about who was going to service my unit, or how to reach them. They are based in the US and I feel that the person I was talking to on the phone was not very helpful. I regret buying a Whirlpool - it seems like American brands aren't reliable and they don't care about customers.
