The worst experience I’ve had
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had was with this company that was hired to replace my existing ceiling lights with smart lighting. I was bullied into allowing them. To do this job and with a sword by the electrician PAUL that knew everything that was about smart lighting and was able to set this up without a problem. They were here till 5 pm and were unable to do anything to help me and blamed everybody of their own sheer incompetenc. It was one of the most stressful. Experiences I’ve ever had I was yelled at. I was talked down to at one point. I was told that they’re doing me a favour by setting these lights up. They could’ve just left them and left which is absolute rubbish and to make matters worse. They left off the breaker switches leading me without lights at night so I had to call them at 9 o’clock at night to have an electrician come over and fix up our mistake so I could have lights in my bathroom and kitchen. It was a very stressful and quite depressing experience. They said that a lot of people don’t have smart lighting which is incorrect and the website of this company mentions the fact that they do install smart lighting which is why I contacted them in the first place. None of these electricians knew what they were doing. A little guy to cost me $2000 also which I’m not paying at the moment and I have yet to receive any kind of apology from the company from the way I was treated. I am still waiting for the smart lights to be installed at time of writing this review..
