No customer support I sent my order # 3683 on February 18 and have not received any notification or response to what they described as a “chat line”. There is no chatting at all. I hope to edit this review with a more positive comment. Should this be rectified immediately however at this point trustworthy is a questionable adjective. After two positive results after my first two orders I fully expected to receive the same respect this time around and feel quite disappointed since they immediately deposited my money into their account. Please be wary.
