Exceptional and selfless service!
Kyle went above and beyond to help us during a tricky situation! Unbeknownst to us we had a damaged a pipe for years leading to a bedroom radiator, yoday ehile having some decorating done it was found and while waiting for the council to send someone to help, Kyle, who was working nearby, stepped in. He wasn’t obligated to assist as he wasn’t assigned to us, yet he kindly fixed the issue on the spot. His professionalism and empathy were outstanding, and he saved us a lot of stress. An absolute credit to his team! Please give him a payrise or promotion!!!!! He is an absolute asset to your team!!!!!!
Kyle, thank you so much! If the world was made up of more people like you, it'd be a much nicer place to live!!!! Thank you!
