Happy Western Australian Customers with a wonderful experience at Open Road Motor Homes. Customer service was excellent. With Kelly and Eddie. They made us feel so relaxed and made us feel as part of their family. We were on a midnight flight from WA so when we arrived Sydney we were exhausted. Took the train as directed and Eddie came and picked us up from the station. We were waiting for the bank to do their job. It was nearly lunch time so Eddie organized an Uber to take us to a Mall to have a bite. We then decided to go to the bank to hasten things up as we were waiting to pick up our Motor Home and drive back to WA as I had to have an eye operation. We went back to Open Road Motor Homes to be greeted by Kelly and Eddie big smiles and Congratulations. They had the Motor Home all ready for us. Kelly's knowledge and instructions of the Motor Home are beyond words. Her generosity and consideration for us really brought teas to my eyes. Knowing we had a long journey ahead of us she looked after us with plates, cups , some cutlery, a whistling kettle a toaster and much more. The little things meant alot to us. I would definitely recommend everyone looking to buy a Motor Home go and see the wonderful Team at Open Road Motor Homes.
