Updated review of 2-14-2024 review
This is an update on my scathing (and well-deserved at the time) review. I have recently (but 8 months after my initial contact with Chester) received an email from Nathalie Miller, the General Manager. She apologized profusely for my terrible experience, and has since answered every one of my emails within 24 hours. She has personally interceded to fix the problem, and she was extremely apologetic, well-informed, and helpful. It looks like the issue with the pillows that were too short to accommodate a watch for a 22 mm-wrist will be fixed, and I was promised a new set of 6 pillows that could be used for my watches. So, until I actually receive the pillows, the issue is still not fixed, but I have confidence that Nathalie will come through. I have changed my review to reflect Nathalie's outstanding customer service (5 stars) - but will retain my rating of 0/5 for Chester. Thank you, Enigwatch and Nathalie!
