Worst bank along with its services That's the worst bank I've ever dealt with. 2 years we are obliged to use this "bank" for the company (it is business account). Constant issues, delays with solving it, delays with email correspondence, website is pretty often down. Just now called customer service to re-activate corporate business card (just by itself it got inactive). I do not speak Arabic so i choose English language on the line, lady answers in Arabic, and she does not speak English asking me to re-call again. Ok, no problem, calling again, man is answering who as well does no speak English and telling me that his friend gonna call me back, like what? Here 10 minutes passed I am still waiting with full cart of goods I need to pay asap for the company by this card and there is no one from the customer service able neither to speak English or at least forward the call to someone in their department who does.
