We hired them to resolve a blocked drain, paying in full for their services but no work was actually carried out. The engineer made no genuine effort to address the issue, took the payment, and left without performing any repairs. This wasn’t just an unsuccessful attempt—it was a complete failure of professionalism and effort. When we followed up to request a refund for services not provided, LEP’s response was highly unethical. They directed us to speak with three different managers, each of whom denied responsibility, offering no accountability for their failure. Thankfully, another reputable company stepped in and resolved the issue in just one day—highlighting that LEP either misdiagnosed the problem or never intended to fix it in the first place. We have documented everything, including emails, invoices, and the correct diagnostic report from the company that successfully resolved the issue. If you’re considering hiring LEP, I strongly advise you to reconsider. You risk wasting both your time and money on a job that not only remains incomplete but was never even attempted.
