Disappointing experience with Galaxy Toyota Motinagar

When I decided to purchase a Toyota Hyryder from this dealership, I was assured that accessories worth INR 25,000 would be provided at the time of delivery. This commitment played a significant role in my decision to move forward with the purchase.
However, to my disappointment, when the day of delivery arrived, the dealer informed me that they could not honor their promise. This sudden change left me feeling misled and disappointed, especially after being assured of these accessories during the sales process.
