Disappointing experience with poor solutions
The service has been disappointing lately. While the products can be good, issues like receiving burnt or incorrect items on multiple occasions have been frustrating. Offering a discount instead of replacing faulty items feels inadequate, especially when the problem is on their end. It's hard to justify ordering again when solutions are lacking. Be cautious, as they won't replace items if there's an issue.
