Before, everyone on our team had their own way of doing things, and it was obvious. FigsFlow brought everything together. Now we use the same templates, pricing, and process every time. Our clients always get the same experience, no matter who helps them. I'm really happy but the app still needs few improvements. its lacky some times however..
