Terrible company Have had solar for about 2years through nexa, for the promised KWS we were meant to get at a minimum has never been reached. Our power bills are higher than ever!! Apparently $3k to $3.5k - have contacted me a multiple times to try and get this fixed and rectified, they lied when they said a technician had come and had a look (we have cameras and no one came) after solar rebate were still paying more on power than what we did pre-solar. We have 20kw system and 3 inverters and out bill is still $1500 to $2000 left to pay. Never have we ever had bills this high. Would be nice if they could get an electrician to find out what the hell has been wired wrong without paying for it ourselves, Because something is not right. We also referred two people and never received a cent for it as promised $350 per referral in exchange for signage to be put up. Paul who came for the original meeting is terrible and was so pushy to get us to sign, I’m about ready to take this further.
