My Oscar's final journey I recently made the heartbreaking decision to let my feline companion, Oscar, cross the rainbow bridge after 13 1/2 years together. I wanted and needed to make his passing as peaceful and painless as possible. So, I chose Heavenly Paws. And, I feel blessed to have been led to them and to Dr. Kara. She turned his end of life care into a joyful, faith-filled journey. We immediately bonded over our love for Jesus. And, she gave us both as much time as needed in order to say goodbye. When the time came, she gently, lovingly took him on his final journey. Without pain or fear. I will always be grateful for Dr. Kara's love, kindness and faith.
