A Sense‑Opening Experience That Brought Calm and Focus
It was my first time trying the truffle, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect or how it would feel. I approached it with an open heart and let go of any expectations I thought I had.
I started with Explore & Create, and the experience has been genuinely sense‑opening. I feel calmer and more focused, as if certain parts of my brain have woken up. It also made me feel a bit more creative, especially when spending time with kids. I can’t always integrate the experience with the daily practices in the app, but I do try to stay connected to the routine as much as I can.
If I could suggest anything, it would be about the packaging. At the moment it seems to be made of plastic, and it’s a bit difficult to open. A paper‑based material might be more sustainable and easier to handle.
