Aviod Urban Future / Solar Oak They used an electrical contractor to install our system, I kept getting stuck in the middle...Urban Future blaming the electrical contractor for not turning up, the electrical contractor blaming Urban Future for not paying their invoices...when it was finally installed, they installed one section too low on the roof and it is in the shadow of the neighbours house, disapointing because I showed Urban Future a photo of the sharow and they planned for them to be higher, when I got up on the roof to inspect it, all our ridge cement was cracked and damaged, Urban Future assured me they would fix it so I paid them, now they don't answer my calls or emails, system works fine but my advice would be avoid Urban Future / Solar Oak.
