Second to none.
My last contact was 3 years ago and worth a 5* review for customer service, price, package and support. Impossible to beat, (I would give it 6* if I could) but yet again the personable service and advice really is second to none. They talked me through my query in laymen terms and identified my issues of slow streaming were the result of VPN or aged Firestick. They even had time to improve my package. That's the zenith of loyalty and customer service. Is there a competitor to consider? Absolutely not. I am very happy, secure and sold on Team Direct Telecom.
