A great veterinary service and professional staff. The staff are professional, reliable, empathetic, understanding and able to give precise answers to all our questions. And they are on time! Timeliness doesn't seem important but with a sick dog and people coming and going from the reception it means a lot to us. They've all been great but Nurse Taylor has always been there. We like the consistency and familiarity of the same person. We have a journey to go yet with our dog and hope to see her each time. Doctor Amy has been amazing, very calm and explained everything fully and very understanding as I'm sure she has heard our type of questions many times through her career.
