Smooth process but some delays
The settlement process was smooth and handled professionally overall. They performed well in coordinating the details, but I faced a couple of communication hiccups. New members were added to my conveyancing team without prior notice, which caused some confusion, and a critical question about settlement dates went unanswered, delaying possession by about a week. Despite this, the experience was mostly positive, and they managed the rest of the process efficiently.
