Would not recommend Would not recommend this service at all. Ordered a 14-tonne skip but was delivered a standard one instead. When I contacted them, the customer support was extremely unhelpful, and despite multiple promises of a callback, no one ever followed up. I had to keep chasing them, which was very frustrating. Ultimately, I was charged €400 for a skip that wasn’t what I needed. Later, they suggested paying another €400 for another standard skip when the 14-tonne one I originally ordered would have been sufficient for my needs at €580. Felt overcharged and poorly treated.
