I am writing this reference to enthusiastically endorse István Juhász, specifically highlighting his exceptional capabilities in **team mentoring**. Having been a member of the Management Chapter under his leadership for three consecutive years, I had a front-row seat to witness how he utilizes structured mentoring methodologies to elevate an entire group of leaders.
István founded the Management Chapter from scratch, growing it into a highly active community of approximately 15 managers. Before his tenure, we operated largely as isolated individuals. István completely transformed this dynamic.
