Top Pallet Liquidator is a Scam
My wife purchased a box, not a pallet of makeup.
This was a hard one for me to write because they have more good reviews than bad reviews before choosing this liquidation site and I still decided to take a chance. ( so stupid). The communication was good through main company, besides the lack of communication as far as the shipping costs. They stated I should of been given a quote for shipping costs but never got that. I purchased a pallet from him that I paid using zelle for 590. The next day I was told the shipping company Express Logistics had my package and they would reach out to me with shipping confirmation. The next day they did along with an email stating I know have to pay an additional $275 for insurance to get my package. I stupidly paid. They told me my packages would be shipped out. The next day comes around and now they need more money for certified customs tax. So now shipping is as much as the
box I purhased.
I contacted top pallet liquidator and stated to cancel shipping I will pickup the package myself. The customer service rep from TPL said the package is in shipping dept. and cannot be canceled. Which is funny shipping has not been setup as of yet because I have not completed payment for the fees at this point for shipping or even received confirmation of shipping.
So now I will be telling all my online selling contacts this is a scam, which is a very large community and spreading this online since everything on their website is a lie. I will be trying to complete charge backs and get this company as public as I can. At this point they have stopped communicating to me when I said I want a refund and not paying anymore money. This was a test purchase hoping to find a reputable company but again scammed. Top Pallet Liquidator stopped communication along with the shipping company. And I am using all the contact information from the website so do not say it was a scam website like you did in another review, you are a scam.
I don't know what shipping company TPL are using but they are a scam getting as much money from us as they possibly can which should not be no more than $100 for what I purchased.
Trust index is a app they placed on their website says they will give refund if within 30 days and package not opened. We tried to cancel shipping which they said no.....we asked for refund they said no.... so now I'm reporting scam since my money is tied up and shipping still asking for money even though I stated I do not want shipping and return.
The shipping place says they cannot return to TPL and will not refund our money even though
