Tim from Payam was awesome to deal with. Friendly, professional and the patients of a saint when dealing with my clueless questions. Not once did he make me feel like my questions were stupid. He went above and beyond in helping me and calming my nerves when I thought I had lost some very important non replaceable photos. Hopefully I don’t have to ever do this again but if I do, I will 100% choose this company to help me.
