Way to drop the ball
Messaged before placing an order regarding the canada post strike- was told they would be using an alternative carrier. Keep in mind I already have an order stuck in the mail because deadhead took their sweet ass time mailing it around Nov. 8 They said they are using an alternative service. Great! They accepted money order on Nov 20. Then piss all for communication until today. The 28th. Only to inform me it's in CANADA POST. Yes. So you're telling me, AFTER making sure a different carrier was being used, and you confirming... you decided to put more orders in the mail?? Bullshit. The non communication for 8 days is total bullshit too. Over a year I've been with you guys. Good job. Unfucking believable.
