Super sketchy company
I ordered a pair of Polaroid sunglasses and they never came. I contacted them about the delay a couple of times and finally they sent me something very late. The sunglasses that I ordered never arrived. What arrived were not sunglasses but frames for glasses. Not at all the sunglasses I ordered. Again I had to contact them again. I have a book's worth of emails. Really obnoxious customer service where there is no acceptance of any responsibility for any mistakes. I honestly think this is their business strategy. Don't send anything till you are contacted. Then send something you're trying to get rid of but not the ordered item.
