Dishonest
I had a very bad experience with a technician named Wong from this company. He was unprofessional, inefficient, and added undisclosed charges. He falsely claimed the aircon needed refilling, wasted time, and didn't work properly. I've used aircon for years without such issues. I won't recommend Bioaire Air Conditioning Solutions due to their unfair response and the technician's dishonest behavior.
