Horrible quality and POOR customer service.
Horrible customer service, and extremely poor quality! My daughter purchased a dress from this company and we canceled the order within five minutes. They have a 14 day moneyback guarantee. When I went to get my money back, they explained that because I did not wait for the dress to arrive, I was not entitled to my money back, and I would receive a store credit. Crazy, right? The most unprofessional and ridiculous group I think I’ve worked with in the business world in quite some time. The young lady proceeded to explain that I will need to wait for the dress to arrive, and then ship it back to them if indeed, I would like a refund. Insane customer service, and very poor quality dress, which was why we chose to not proceed with the item. My daughter realized she had purchased a dress from this company last year and it fell apart. Literally the first time she wore it. Look for other options that are more customer service friendly and lenient return policies as this group is looking for any way, shape or form to keep your money. Run!
