Incredibly poor and unsatisfactory service. Both my wife and I have had a very disappointing experience with this practice. While they were quick to take the initial payment, the service that followed has been unacceptable. Appointments were cancelled without proper notice, communication was poor, and retainers were misplaced. The aftercare provided was inadequate and left us both feeling frustrated and let down. The lack of organisation, accountability, and professionalism is simply not what patients should expect, and we cannot recommend their services.
