Excellent Service
Completed our new car purchase a couple of weeks ago and haven't stopped raving about the service and DealerShift experience. It was so easy to start our enquiry about the vehicle online, and we received prompt responses and were able to book a convenient time to see the inventory. We had a bit of 'life' get in the way during our purchase and Austin and team were courteous and patient as we got back on track and were able to seal the deal a few days later. Excellent customer service with honest, practical conversations about the purchase, financing options and trade-in value for the existing car. This is how buying a car should be!
