Rude staff and poor service
The experience was terrible from start to finish. The staff were incredibly rude, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The key cards kept malfunctioning, leading to repeated annoyance. On top of that, one staff member even threatened to call the police when I was calmly sitting in the lounge at night—despite having prior approval from the manager. The overall lack of professionalism ruined the stay entirely.
