Great support
We had no problem getting this activated for our trip. When my daughter had some problems getting her top up to work, they were super responsive via email and What’s app. Would not hesitate to use again. I only wish they had an eSIM since my new phone no longer supports a card.

We are always looking for ways to improve our services, so we will take your feedback into consideration. We're liaising with our upstream carrier to find out when they will have eSIM, but at the moment, none of the UK telcos offer eSIM on prepaid.
