Unprofessional, Rude, and Incompetent - The Worst Delivery Experience Imaginable I am writing this review to warn future customers about Kings Transport. My experience with them was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service interaction I have ever had. They were tasked with exchanging a large item from a retailer. The first crew that arrived in the morning was unaware they needed to collect the old item, despite this being the entire point of an "exchange." After some back-and-forth, they confirmed a second truck would come that afternoon to collect it. The afternoon crew was appalling. They were rude, unprofessional, and had a complete lack of regard for basic customer decency. Upon arrival, they simply stated they had no room in their truck and therefore would not be taking the item they were sent to collect. This is the pinnacle of incompetence—being sent on a collection job without the means to complete it. When I tried to address this, they were argumentative and unhelpful. The entire experience was shockingly unprofessional from start to finish. I attempted to lodge a formal complaint with their office. I was promised a callback from a manager that never came. This demonstrates a company-wide culture of not caring about their customers or the quality of their service. In summary: Kings Transport is unreliable, employs rude staff, and has zero accountability. I would strongly advise any business or individual to avoid them at all costs. They will damage your reputation and leave you with a logistical nightmare to solve.
