I arranged a delivery of new furniture around their collection of the old furniture but they failed to turn up on the agreed day without any notification. I contacted them to ask if they could rearrange for the following day and stressed it was needed due to the impending delivery. I was assured they would see what they could do and would get back to me but I was subsequently ignored completely
Terrible service.
