Not be trusted
My flight booked through Booking.com / GoToGate was cancelled due to the Middle East airspace situation.
The airline has already confirmed that I am entitled to a full refund, but weeks later I still have not received my money back from GoToGate/Booking.
I have contacted customer support many times by phone and chat. Every time I am promised that the issue will be resolved “within a few days,” but so far none of those promises have been kept.
The communication has been extremely frustrating and inconsistent, with no clear timeline and no actual resolution despite repeated follow-ups.
Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise travelers to be cautious when using third-party booking agencies for flights, especially when cancellations happen.
