13 days after credit card payment for 30 vials B12 - we have not received product or response from company.
In hindsight ... even though we created a Customer Account - that there is absolutely no section on their website to find Orders or an Order # should have made me think twice about the validity of the order. Very sad as the website looks great and "Sarah" on the phone before we placed our order seemed really genuine.
