Had a great experience. Curtis was very helpful in helping me decide the best system for my needs. The equipment arrived before schedule and the installation when ahead without a hitch. Had some followup issues with error codes and Curtis was extremely helpful in putting me in touch with the right department to resolve the problem. Would highly recommend this platform to anyone wishing to purchase Mr Cool products, knowing their is support if anything goes wrong.
