They actually listen here
What impressed me most was how the support team actually listened. I had a question about my account and they walked me through everything patiently, never made me feel stupid. The platform itself is clean and easy to use — nothing flashy, just works. I don't feel like a number here, which is rare these days. Still early days for me, but so far the experience has been genuinely pleasant.
