HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This store is horrible to deal with. I had placed an order and canceled it two days later. They said unless I had proof that I still was liable for the order. I did the cancellation on their website and it showed it as being cancelled. They told me I would have to pay $400+ if I didn't take the order was was almost half the purchase price. I never heard anything from them saying they had even received my order and after speaking with someone in customer service they said they would be sending me an email detailing our conversation which two weeks later still has not been received. The product was delivered but the delivery company said they didn't take it further than just inside the door. The delivery company was supposed to contact me with and time and then again when they were 30 minutes out. I never heard from them they just showed up. They dropped part of the order of the hand dolly because it was not secured. I told them I wanted to inspect the order before they left and they said that wasn't their job.
