Extremely disappointing service Very slow process, as it took almost a year to finalize the separation settlement. Throughout, I felt ignored and that my instructions were not followed. The high fees were frustrating, especially given the treatment I received. Being told afterward that the outcome was good did not make up for the poor experience.
