The worst Home Warranty I worked for!
I wish to file a complaint regarding the disrespectful behavior I experienced from an employee in the supplier relations department. It's been six months since I repaired two units for two customers and we still haven't been paid. In total, six service tickets not paid for 6 months. Every time I call to inquire about payments, they tell me next week. Today, I called to speak with a supervisor about the payments, but the agent I spoke with disrespected me about when we would be paid. She hung up on me without even giving me a chance to speak. Because of this disrespectful act, I will report this incident everywhere I can. I've invested all my resources (knowledge, gas, time, money, mileage, energy), and even after six months, I haven't been reimbursed, yet an agent treats me with such disrespect. This is unacceptable. I await your response to find out what other steps I should take to prevent this from happening again.
