Driver was over 1 hour late then cancelled our delivery without warning
We were supposed to receive a delivery today between 11 AM and 1 PM, we had rearranged our entire day between kids and work responsibilities in order to be home and available at this time. The driver did not call us until 1 PM and then said he was at least an hour away. My wife said she might not be available and said she would call him back with a confirmation of whether she could make that work. Exactly 9 minutes later, when she called him back, he said he had already continued on his route. This shows a laziness and a lack of reliability from this driver and your company as a whole. The delivery item is a direct part of our work and brings in income for our small business. And we were unable to earn income with this item for two full days. I would highly recommend anyone look for other delivery companies who maintain a level of reliability and respect for their customers unlike EDC.
