needed id verification done as a non-resident director and the process itself worked, got my personal code through in the end. the video call took a bit of chasing to actually get booked in though, kept getting pushed back a day at a time. once we were on the call it was quick and professional. just wish the scheduling side was tighter given how tight the november deadline is.
