We had many of the same issues with this company!!! They take advantage of homeowners in their time of need and do not inform them of their outrageous price gouging! This company understood that we were working with an insurance company and were only authorized to do what the insurance company allowed, but they did not do that! They completed the job and then just expected outrageous payment! There was no pricing Agreement beforehand! I would run! 🏃🏃
