Horrible
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses using the saved prescription i have in their app . The package came fast but both glasses were the wrong prescription. I called customer service and after a hour maybe someone answered while “helping “ me told me the system put the wrong prescription & to return the package for a replacement they would not be providing a shipping label to return said glasses cause it was not in their policy. Yet the made the mistake & admitting to it & instead of fixing the issue their charging me more ??
