Jen slade From joining on line circa 18-24 months ago, I can honestly say I’ve seen a huge improvement in my fitness. Weights were never my go too..just did body pump once a week and cv. However , doing class weights has made a positive impact. Louise is very motivational, clear with her instructions and sends out positive facts to help keep us all going.
