Scammers
I began treatment approximately two years ago. After the initial procedure, one tooth remained protruding, and Alignerco recommended an additional treatment for an extra fee. Following this second treatment, the tooth aligned properly while wearing the aligners, but as soon as I removed them, it shifted back due to pressure from the upper tooth. I reported the issue again and was provided with another round of treatment.
After four treatments, the persistent pressure and tension weakened the tooth, causing it to break at the tip. Despite this, it continues to press against the upper tooth and remains unstable. Throughout this process, I have maintained regular communication with the company, and they are now offering a fifth treatment.
I have already paid for four treatments and find myself in a difficult situation with no real choice. The company states that I approved my smile protection, yet I initially sought and paid for straight teeth—four times—and still have not achieved the expected results.
