Massive shoutout to Shamir, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and communicative throughout my order.
I had preview issues on an urgent print (thanks to a bug in Figma) and Shamir worked round the clock until we found a solution. The end result was three print materials of great quality that arrived bang on schedule (in fact they might have even been early!).
