If your experience is like mine, you will have little contact with them after booking until about a week prior to your flight. Don't panic. They create a seating chart that accommodates the size and temperament of the animals. Day of, you have a meet and greet with the other animals. Things go smoothly from there! Flying your animals in-cabin is expensive, but was worth it for my family. If I ever needed to move my dog again (hopefully not!), I would book with them again without hesitation. Also, I recommend using the paperwork company K9 Jets recommends (Pawsitive Pet Health Certificates). Together, my dog had no issues and is now with me, safe and sound in the UK!
