Order delays and no response
I placed an order on July 25, 2026, and it’s now August 20, 2026, yet my order is still listed as "processing." The website claims to ship 1-2 times a week, but that’s clearly not true. I’ve tried contacting customer support, but they haven’t responded, leaving me with no updates. They were quick to take my money but failed to deliver their service. This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels untrustworthy.
