Fixed Knee Injury
After running in a demanding trail race, I began suffering from some persistent knee pain that wouldn't go away. Every time that I would go out for a run it would flair up within 5 min. I decided to see Josh and after my first acupuncture appointment I began to see improvements. After only two acupuncture appointments my pain went away and it has not returned while running. Since then, I've been enjoying the trails again and improving my pace thanks to Josh's effective and convenient treatment plan.
