Inconsistent and disappointing experience The stargazing tour fell short of expectations due to multiple inconsistencies. Despite the guide being kind and knowledgeable, several details promised in the description were missing: no photo through the telescope, and no option to pay the remaining balance by card as stated. Communication via WhatsApp to Gio was unhelpful when issues were raised. No apology. Additionally, the lack of a promised family photo was particularly disappointing given the family price of €270. Such inaccuracies make it hard to recommend. Would take a Titsa bus to Teide instead if ever back, the skies are impressive for stargazing
